I suppose we should be grateful that, as women, we at least get one day where we are officially celebrated, on August 9th.

Of course, there’s Mother's Day too, but not all women become mothers. That’s why I treasure Women's Day even more - it is a special day to honour every woman I know, and all those I’ll never meet.
